  • A complete unboxing video is provided, clearly showing the parcel being opened from its sealed condition up to the product being displayed.

  • Clear photographs of the product, the issue, and both outer and inner packaging are shared along with your Order ID.

  • All original packaging materials, tags, and invoices are preserved until the issue is fully resolved.

These requirements help us properly verify the concern and ensure a fair and timely resolution.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

At Beyond Basics Collection, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–5 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During sale periods or peak shopping seasons, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended due to a higher volume of orders.
